A2 cover - designed by objectif
The ADF Papers explore new directions in British architecture, design and fashion. Series 2 includes papers by Alison Moloney, Henrietta Thompson and Penny Lewis.
Penny Lewis considers the attempt in Scotland to fix a national architectural language. The most successful contemporary Scottish architects, she says, express more complex ideas, rather than defining identity. Paper A2 includes the following case studies: Sarah Wigglesworth Architects, Friend and Company Architects, Mobile Studio, Architecture Research Unit, and Toh Shimazaki Architecture.
